In most cases, we can repair the computer onsite. If this is not possible within a resonable time frame, we will take it back to our workshop for repairs.
In case of total computer failure, we attempt to repair it to its former working state. If this is not possible, we backup all files and data, perform a clean installation, and restore your files to their original locations. If you can provide your original software disks, we can also re-install all your applications for you**.
